Snowy Sunday

Find one old infant play mat in the closet.

Add an afghan from the sofa to make a tent for a 3 year old.

After the 3 year old goes home, add one jealous old yellow lab (sorry the picture is not better, had to grab it when I could.)

Saw this canvas at World Market. On Bonnie's blog, she mentioned a trend toward lighter quilts. Maybe this has possibilities as a future project.

Classes officially started yesterday at LCC. Good thing I didn't wait until Monday to log in. My first online assignment is due by 11:59 pm tonight!  Here we go again!

I hope you had a joyful Birthday yesterday.....a movie, quick run to GW, dinner, and Video to Go...what more could you want...I could think of plenty!
Isn't it fun finding out what our pets can do to bring a smile to our face.
I love the quilt idea from World Market.

Happy Birthday Lisa! Love the photo of Gennie. :)

Also - can't wait to see your Block Exchange block this year. The January meeting is always fun to see what new blocks people come up with.

Didn't realize it was your birthday --- so Happy Birthday two days late! Love the picture of the dog --- she looks so content! The picture could really be inspiration --- did you buy it? or did the phone camera record it?

Lisa love the tent for a 3 year old. Its great when things can be used over again in a new way. The canvas is terrific. Yes more and more everything is set with white and white is the background. A big change from when white an solids were no-nos. And belated Happy Birthday. Have you hit 39 yet?!!

Hi, I'm Lisa said...

I took the picture with my cell phone. I just wanted to remember it as an inspiration, not to copy it. I kept looking over my shoulder hoping that store security wouldn't "nab" me.
